Terms:

General Terms and Condition

1. Check-in at 14.00 pm and Check-out at 12.00 am
2. Exceeding check-out time, during 11.00 – 16.00 pm, will result in an extra charge of 50% of the room rate.
3. Full room charge of an extra night shall be applied to the check-out done later than 16.00 pm.
4. We will only allow registered guests to use its facilities and do not allow an unregistered guest to stay overnight at the hotel.
5. Guests over 6 years old will be charged as adults for extra beds.
6. For the modification of the check-out date and time after arrival without prior notification, the additional charge, according to the number of modified nights will be applied to the guest.
7. In the event of a cancellation received less than 7 days prior to the arrival, 100% retention will be charged on the reserved room rate. 
8. Please keep clean to public and in-room areas. Guest pets are not allowed.
9. Any person who is not staying at the resort is not allowed to use public areas, facilities, and rooms.
10. All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. There is a designated smoking area outside of the building.
11. Smelly object i.e. Durian is not allowed to be kept in the room or other areas.
12. Cooking in the room is strictly prohibited. Violation will be a fine of 2,000 THB.
13. If you broke down any equipment in your rooms, you have to pay for the damage cost.
14. Please keep silent from 12:00 PM (Midnight) onwards because it’s the resting and sleeping time for others.
15. We will close the front gate at 12:00 PM for security purposes.
16. Inflammable, hazardous materials, narcotics, and other illegal objects are strictly prohibited.
17. Illegal or immoral activities including playing gambling, sex trafficking and etc. is strictly prohibited.
